§ 10 Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy – Stylemafia

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost option).

Refunds will be made within 15 working days after we receive your returned goods at our return center.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you paid via PayPal, Credit Card, Klarna, iDEAL, or Gift Card, the refund will be credited to your respective account or balance.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of having sent them back — whichever is earlier.

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to declare your withdrawal.
Once you have submitted your withdrawal, you must send the package back without delay, and no later than the remaining days of the original 14-day period.
A new 14-day period does not start after the withdrawal declaration.

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • If you return the goods within the withdrawal period without explicitly declaring your withdrawal, we will treat the return as a valid withdrawal, provided that a completed withdrawal form is included in the package and that the shipment is clearly labeled with your order number and date.
